Hi,

Both I and my husband are on H-1B. Suppose if the EB2 date becomes current to my husband,

1) can I file I-485 along with him as dependent. Do I need to be on H4 status for that

2) What will be my status if I file I-485 along with him as dependent? Can I still work with the current company until our EAD's get approved?
