TejaSat Posted October 6, 2022 Report Share Posted October 6, 2022 I am filled I-130 + I-485 through Concurrent Filing for my dad and mom. Since I am US citizen daughter and sponsor, do I need to file I-944 - Declaration of Self Sufficiency besides I-864 Affidavit of Support as well? Recently USCIS issued an RFE to submit the I-864 for both, should I fill the I-864 for each of my parent individually OR only one I-864 for both of my parents is sufficient? newacct Posted October 7, 2022 Report Share Posted October 7, 2022 I-944 has not been needed for more than a year. Since each of your parents is petitioned on a separate I-130, each of them needs a separate I-864. Quote Link to comment
