Now my wife's organization has filled an H1B visa this year(2022-2023) and her application was picked in the H1B lottery & approved. Questions: 1. Can my wife travel to the USA on H4 Visa while her H1B visa is in processing or got a 221G? 2. Can my wife travel to the USA on H4 Visa after her H1B visa is approved? (Slots unavailability) 3. Can my wife convert from H4 to H1B in the USA once she receives the approved i797 document? 4. If we can convert from H4 to H1B in the USA, what would be the waiting time for this status change?
