My spouse H1b is valid until Jan 2025.
I am in the US on H4. I have h4 visa stamped until Dec 10th 2022 and have h4 ead with expiry date of Dec 10th 2022. 
Can I walk across the San Diego / Mexico border (Otay Mesa) and get I-94 extended based on spouse I-797 to qualify for EAD 540 days auto extension. Please advise.
