Satish V
My green card is approved on Aug 13 2022 and i recieved it with validity of 10 years. On Sep 8 2022 i recieved approval for my pending H4 extension and it came with validity upto March 2025. Does this have any impact on my green card based on last action rule? Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
Once you get the GC, there is no concept of the last action rule. Feel free to frame the H4 extension approval as a memento. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
No. You can ignore that H4 stuff. Quote Link to comment
