My H1B EB2 priority date is 2014 october, But due to job change couple of years back my perm is still being processed. Applied in May 2022, hoping to get approval in Nov at current speed. Now the Eb2 date is retrogressed to 2012, what are the options for my child? Any suggestions? - Any remote hope that the date will be back to 2014 again anytime soon? - Shall we move him to F1 while being in US(H4 -> F1)? - what is the possibility of getting F1 approved by next year april? (in 6 months) - Shall he exit US and go for stamping in India for F1? - Are there any other options ? Quote Link to comment
