Post Completion OPT EAD.

1.)My OPT EAD Card Approved, am I eligible to work for two employers at the same time.

2.)Is it Legal to run two Payrolls from two different employers in the same month and work 40+40=80 hours per week.

3.)Will there be any questions on this from USCIS in future,when applying for H1B and during the immigration.

 

I spoke to my university DSO , they answered yes for all the above questions. 

 

But I am still checking for legal advice. Will there be any issues in future?

Ans 1 - Yes

Ans 2 - Yes

Ans 3 -Once you start working on H1b then obviously the rules will change.  (EAD gives you more flexibility than H1b).  Good Luck.
