H1b transfer to 3rd company

Hi Law Experts,  

"My case is as below, seeking a legal expert openion ASAP."

I transfered my H1b in India, joined current company "A" 7 months back and came to USA. I gave interview in company "B", they were about to generate the offer and hiring got freeze there. Then I got call from company "C", completed the interview process and started H1b transfer. In the mean time company B generated offer. 

Now situation is H1b transfer is completed with company "C" but I am more inclined with company "B" offer. 

Doubt is:

1. can I transfer the H1b to company  "B" as well, as it alredy transferred to company "C"?

2. If yes, should I inform company "C" immidetiatley; before starting H1b transfer with company "B"?

3. Is it legal to transfer H1b with 2 companies simultaneouly?

I want to understand the implecations for this in future if any. Please let me know what should I do with todays legal terms without creating any conflict.
