As closing date is near by my title agency suggested to get my wife signed during title, as my wife can’t travel now they suggested to get a online notary signed(Martial waiver) but it requires SSN which my wife don’t have. Title agency confirmed that they don’t have any option to move forward. Please help me with any other options to complete my title issue resolved and get closed smoothly.
