Previous Employer - EB2

Hi,

My priority date(final action date) is current in EB2 category.(dec 2014)

I changed my employer last year and moved to a full time job.

I haven't started the transfer process to new Employer  yet for GC.

Also I don't have GC EAD or AP.

Can my previous employer file for I-485 now?

Please advise.

If it is the case that the previous job is still available to you and they tell you so and provide written documentation, you can file for AOS. It is your remit. Of course, you need to join them on approval.
