I-130/I-485 concurrent mailing address

Wanted to get some input on where to mail the concurrent filing I-130/I-485 application for my parents, who are in California? On 3rd party website , it mentions Phoenix Processing center, but if you follow uscis forms, it says mail it to Chicago processing center. So bit confused and asking for input. Thanks in advance.
