JayamBuya Posted August 11, 2022 Report Share Posted August 11, 2022 Hi Company A filed H1b and got Approved from Jan 2017 to Jan 2018 .But they could not provide the supporting documents for Stamping. Recently I got to know that Company A revoked that Approved H1B . Can I use that Approval copy for Cap Exempt to apply for the H1B with Company B? If so does it required to be filed before 6 years (Jan 2023) from original Approve date or there is no time limit ? Please Suggest. Thank you! Quote Link to comment
