How to convert H1 in-person visa interview to dropbox?

Hi, I've two visa stamps on my passport. The latest one is the H-1B visa issued in Jan 2020, and it doesn't have a 'Clearance Received' annotation. The other one is F-1, issued in Dec 2014, and has a 'Clearance Received' annotation, and I've opted for an in-person visa interview. Should I convert it to dropbox or attend the in-person interview?

When I emailed support@ustraveldocs.com they replied back saying that:
"We understand that you have queries related to the eligibility questions for drop box.
We are not permitted to advise applicants on what answers they should give to check the eligibility for drop box. Kindly give the answer truthfully to the best of your knowledge and as per the documentary evidence that you possess."

Answer the questions truthfully and see what happens. If you got in-person then attend it.
