And the client office is out of state quite a few states over. I am going to discuss the H1 Amendment with our immigration department to get started with that. I was wondering with the amendment can we request 3 years from when the amendment is filed?? How does it work in case of amendments?? Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System Posted June 20, 2022 Report Share Posted June 20, 2022 (edited) How much balance time is left in your previously approved H1b? If it is six month or less, your employer will file amendment+extension. Your employer has to file amendment before you move to your remote location and change address in paystub and other office records. Good Luck.
