My employer is planning to file for my extension in a day or two in regular processing. I have received an offer from another employer and they plan to file the transfer petition in premium processing in 2 weeks. Will USCIS approve the transfer, provided they have received all the required documentation from my prospective employer, while my H1 extension with my current employer is in process? Or will they wait till my H1 extension is approved. Please note my I-94 is valid till end of October 2022. Thank you ! Zodiac System Posted June 3, 2022 Report Share Posted June 3, 2022 New employer should be able to file your transfer along with extension. Delay/stop your current employer from filing your extension if you do not plan to continue with him. Good Luck. Quote Link to comment
