Project Transfer from one desi consultancy to another

I am working with a desi consultancy for an end client (Fedex) through a prime vendor. It has been more than 6 months in the project. I have issues with my current employer regarding the transparency of the Purchase Order PO

1. How can I transfer my project to another desi consultancy with the same vendor and end client. If yes, how do I negotiate with the prime vendor

2. Can I transfer my project post my H1 transfer with the other desi consultancy

Transfer to same vendor and end client will not be easy as there are non-solicitation clauses (normally for a year) associated with every contract and agreement.

Post transfer, you may be able to join another company with a new vendor and new client.  Good Luck.

You can not. You don't have a contract. The employer has a contract with the vendor, who has a contract with the client.

If you don't like your employer find a new job.
