PRIEGW Posted March 16, 2022 Report Share Posted March 16, 2022 I’m currently on H1B visa with approved I 140. Based on my country of birth the PD is not current. My H1B is coming up for renewal in November 2022. In the mean time I married a US citizen and have initiated Marriage based GC process. My question is as I wait for GC can I renew my H1B without any issues? I intend to stay on H1B and not use the EAD till AOS. Quote Link to comment
