While Scheduling for her Visa Interview on CGI Portal, there is a Petitioner Section. Petitioner's Name: This should be my (Principal Applicant) Employer Company Name Start Date: Receipt Number: Expiration Date: The 3 above fields should be from my H1B I-797 or my wife's H4 I-797. Can anyone please help with this? believe this should be from H4 I 797 but just wanted to make sure Quote Link to comment
