PAB1202 Posted February 25, 2022 Report Share Posted February 25, 2022 I was in US for 2 Years on H1B visa, and during end of my 2 years I got my I140 approved. But due to some reason, I had to move back to India. From that point, its been 3 Years I am in India. My questions are : is my H1B still valid based on I140 ? If I move again to US, do I need to still go through H1B Lottery ? Quote Link to comment
