Gurumoorthy Karthikeyan
With my previous employer had valid H1b until 2019 but have not travelled to US at that time. Now, are there any options to reapply/extend/new application with a different employer if there is an option other than going into H1b Lottery? Quote Link to comment
Abhinav Vyas Kuchibhotla
Since you've already had H1, you wouldnt have to go through lottery again. An employer would have to file a new H1 for you and you are good. Other than applying for jobs, masters is another option or consultancies Good luck Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
Hopefully you will find an employer with an experienced attorney who can process your previous H1b Approval. Some have found success. Good Luck. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
Did you get an H1 visa? If not, the H1 is gone, and a new employer would have to file a new petition in the lottery. Quote Link to comment
LeaveMessageH1B
Re apply with new or same employer, it will be NEW petition, if old one was never stamped or travelled on, it's gone. Quote Link to comment
