Vkri Posted November 23, 2021 Report Share Posted November 23, 2021 Hello all i am in india right now My passport is stamped with h1b stamp expiring Dec 18 2021 My new h1b is extended till Dec 19 2022 I have a photocopy of my i797 but dont have the original in hand yet ( being shipped to my india address by my attorney ) Questions - can i travel to usa with my current stamp (the one expiring on 12/18/21) on 12/16/21 ( plan to reach chicago 2 days before my stamp expiring) ?
