karthik vem Posted September 20, 2021 Report Share Posted September 20, 2021 I have been arrested for DWI in Jan 2019, the case is still pending in court I have been going to court every month to court for trial setting It's been moving one more month but has no trial date, Judge gave me 12 months of probation or 12 days of jail time, can anyone help me which is the best option to choose? Can I move the case to another state? Do you know anyone best attorney who can change the case to reckless driving If I plead guilty will it affect me from entering the USA? since I got H1b and had to go for stamping Any advice is appreciated, thanks a lot.
