mrr6892 Posted August 27, 2021 Report Share Posted August 27, 2021 I have a valid H1B visa with current employer till May 27 2022, Currently my H1 transfer is in progress with new employer and planning to travel in 1st week of November to India for Marriage. Zodiac System Posted August 31, 2021 Report Share Posted August 31, 2021 (edited) Travel is not advisable as your transfer is in progress because your I-94 number will change on your way back from India. If going to India is inevitable, get an NIE letter and position confirmation letter from your employer and client letter for return back to US.
