SSKALE
Hi Everyone, I have an offer from company A which initiated my H1B transfer which is still waiting for approval. I got an offer from company B yesterday which I really want to join and is my dream Job. would there be any Issues legally if I decide to not join Company A and go with Company B. Would I need to tell company B of this situation to avoid any Issues? Would like to hear from people who have gone through a similar situation and will be grateful for your inputs on this matter. Zodiac System
Company A has spent thousands of dollars on your H1b transfer as an investment in you. Employer A will not be thrilled if you abandon him. If you tell company B, they too will fear abandonment by you and you may loose credibility with them. Good Luck. Quote Link to comment

Yes, to avoid issues. ask A to withdraw their petition so you dont have to wait long time for approvals and you will not b confused due to multiple 797 with different dates. Always try to keep immigration docs straight fwd, it saves lot of time and attorney cost. Quote Link to comment
