CanadianOnTN
I was working on a TN visa in 2019 and renewed it in June when I switched jobs (so my current visa expires June 2022). At the time that I got a new TN visa, my "Admit Until Date" on my I-94 was for June 2022. I recently checked my most recent I-94 and the "Admit Until Date" had reverted back to November 2020, which was when my first TN was supposed to expire. Have I overstayed my visit and violated my visa or is this something that the CBP officer put in incorrectly? Can it be resolved by presenting my documentation showing that my TN is valid until June 2022 and that I have a previous I-94 with an "Admit Until Date" of June 2022? Quote Link to comment
newacct
When you switched jobs, did you do Change of Status in the US (with I-129) and was approved? or did you leave the US and re-enter? Quote Link to comment
