Ron225
Hi All, I changed my employer 5 months ago. My i140 is approved from my previous employer (A). My new employer (B) has started new i140 process couple of months back. It's not approved yet. My wife just came to US on H4 visa. Can I still apply H4 ead for her on my previous approved i140 (for A)? Or do I have to wait until it gets approved with this new employer (B)? Please let me know. Looking forward to your feedback. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment
LeaveMessageH1B
Very well the logical answer is based on employer B documents. Quote Link to comment

IMO : you're no longer with employer A so, use employer B's document/ approvals only for any immigration benefit applications, it will save you from long delays.
