Dear Experts,

Currently, my h1B petition and visa in my passport are valid until Nov 2021. My current extension is approved till Apr 2022, and I'm traveling to India in the month of June 2021 for personnel reasons.

Question 1: Embassies are all closed in India, so I will not be able to get my H1B re-stamping till April 2022 on my passport. Can I enter the U.S. in the month of September 2021 (after quarantining in a 3rd country for 1 month?) During entry, my visa will be valid till Nov 2021 and I will be carrying the hard copy of my extension approval.

Question 2: Before I travel to India, can I travel to Canada (assuming they've opened the borders) and get my H1B stamping done till April 2022? If yes, what are the chances of getting rejected?
