Does anyone know if the 221G's issued before lockdown(before May 04-2021) are being processing now?

My H1-B VISA interview was on April 19th-2021. I was issued a 221g and there was no lockdown or travel restrictions placed at that time.  A week ago

( May 13-2021) my client has received  a call from USCIS and verified my employment details, duties, and work location etc..  But my status in CEAC is still REFUSED.  I am wondering if the processes  are running behind the scenes for 221g's issued before lockdown and travel restrictions.  Hit me here if anyone  is in the same boat.

@RK111  It depends on individual case I believe. My 221g is issued on 12/23/20 but still no progress or movement.

@skmmsk123 It's been 8 months and still no reply on your 221g? May I know your consulate please? I went to Chennai consulate in the month of March and still waiting on my 221g update. I am really worried here.
