Abinav
Hi, I am currently in the US. My H1-B got approved under consular processing. (I got 797-B) I am aware consulates in India are not fully functional at the moment and not accepting new appointments. My employer wants me to start the project soon and is not willing to wait for a long time. What are my other options for my first-time H1-B visa stamping? Please provide me with assistance. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment
Zodiac System
Your employer can file an amendment so you do not have to leave the country for H1b visa stamping. Check with company attorney if it can be filed in premium processing as I think you need it approved in order to start your project. Quote Link to comment
