H4 Extension during Covid

Hi,

 

My H4 visa is expiring on 19th May 2021. My husband's visa is expiring on 19th May as well but his company will be extending it for some months for the time he visited India and has a balance left.

Due to the Covid situation, I want to avoid traveling to India right now. How can I get my visa extended just for a couple of months till the Covid situation stabilize? 

Will there be any provision due to the current pandemic?

You can also get extended based on your husband's extension. Just file both applications together.

Hi Shekhar,

Thanks for your reply. But we are filing H4 extension separately as his H1b extension is filed by his company already. 

Now to submit my i-539 i need H1B extension USCIS receipt which we have not received yet. My question is how can i submit my application without the receipt as i don't have time my visa is expiring on 19th May 2021.
