Dassan
Me and my child are in h4 status now with I94 expired in Dec 2020. H4 extension has been filed in Dec 2020 before I94 expiry. With current processing times it does not look like the extension will come within 240 days. Also, my husband is switching employer in June 2021. Presently my husband has approved h1b petition for both employers. 1>Please let me know what options I have to legally continuing my stay without leaving usa admist the pandemic after the 240 days are completed. 2> incase there is no option to handle this while staying in usa, what can we do to stamp and reenter usa , without going to India, since the pandemic is really bad in India. Note : this is only H4 extension no EAD is involved Less Quote Link to comment
