I-539a, should the parent fill the Part 5 Preparer details?

Filing H4 extension for my wife and 7 year old, I know we can sign the I-539a for him but should we also fill the ‘Part 5. Contact Information, Declaration, and Signature of the Person preparing this Application, if Other Than the applicant’ as we are filling it on his behalf?

Answering my own question based on the response I received from our Immigration team if anyone else has similar question is that it is not required for parents to fill Part 5 for minor dependents application in I-539a

Yes, you need to fill preparing section for minors.
