H1B Early Arrival 2 months before Joining date

Hello, 
I am on H1b which got approved in 2021 and it's valid from 2020 OCT to 2023 May. I came to US in April 2021 due to personal issues, however, my company's official joining date is June 2021. Since I came early and not on the company's Payroll would it be treated as - Grace Period? How much of Grace Period do I have in this case?

You can not stay in use on H1b without getting paid.

You have 30 days from entry date to join the employer.
