familyvisa
My parents live outside the US and they have pending I-130 (applied on Aug 2020 Nebraska center). Recently my brother got a depression issue and I want my parents to get a visit visa to come to see my brother (which can help him heal). My brother is under treatment of depression with a hospital but he has "not" authorized the doctor to issue any medical certificate which could have helped my parents get the visa easily. I can provide the doctor's contact details of a doctor to the embassy if it helps. Please let me know: 1. If parents have a chance of getting a visa in the given scenario (without a medical certificate from brother's doctor)? 2. is it going to jeopardize the immigration petition If my parent's B1/B2 vias application gets rejected? Thanks for the Help in advance. Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
1. Unlikely. A blanket rejection in view of Immigrant Intent is likely. 2. NO Quote Link to comment
