Still in Admin Processing after approval - Visa Stamping at hyderabad

This is regarding visa stamping in hyderabad us consulate . I dropped my documents on 11th December 2020 at US consulate hyderabad and later was called for an interview on 25th Jan 2021 .  While in the interview visa officer mentioned that my visa is approved and I should receive the passport in a week. But the status still shows as administrative processing on ceac site it has been nearly 90 days since I dropped my passport initially . As no additional documents where requested and visa was approved in the interview by the officer what are my options now as I did not receive my passport yet .As there are no options to contact us consulate directly ,I did send a email and made a call to hyderabad-cea requesting to look into my application but I only get a generic response . Is there any way to get traction on my application or what are my options ?

Unfurtunately beside mail and call no other contact options. I can understand your frustration. Hang on...

We are pretty much in the same box. I had my visa interview on Dec 10, 2020 in US Consulate here in Rwanda and I had an impression that my H1B was approved and I waited and I am still waiting. The embassy is still in possession of my passport and ceac shows "Administrative Processing" It has been almost 4 months. I can only assume that DOS and all US consulates are backed up right now due to Covid or working with a skeletal staff. One can only can be patient and hope for the best. Good luck!!! please let me know if you figure out what we can do.
