H1 Visa Stamping , DS 160

Hi ,
So I came to USA on F1, I had a H1B visa with my previous employer which was not stamped ,now I switched the employer …So while paying for my visa interview fee , it is asking me below questions in order to determine my eligibility for interview waiver(which I think I don’t qualify for)

Q) Do you have a previous H1B visa(temporary occupation,temporary worker or trainee)?
Should it be “NO” because H1 through my first employer wasn’t stamped.... 

If I select "Yes" to the previous question it is followed by the below question

Q) was your most recent visa(in the same class for which you are applying) lost or stolen or cancelled?
Should this be “NO” because last visa stamped on my passport is F1
