Though I have waited for more than 8 months since my Visa interview, my employment is still intact, and would probably join the same employer if I am able to return. My extension is around the corner in Feb and with the prevailing situation, it's nearly impossible for me to return. With this being said, what are the other possible ways that I can enter the US again and convert to H1B status to work under the same employer?
