H1B extension visa stamping dropbox - status refused

Hi,

 

I  dropped my documents for visa stamping - H1B Extension in October 2020. No employer change. I already had my H1b stamped previously. After 2 weeks of submission my visa status now in November is updated to Refused. I haven't received any update on collection of documents nor any reason. I'm just worried not knowing what could have gone wrong. The status message says "A U.S consular officer has adjudicated and refused  your visa application. please see the letter you received at the interview." I did not attend any interview.

Did any of you'll have same experience?  What can be expected in this case.

Sometimes it could be system issue.. hopefully you will get approval or reason soon.

Pls check your email..They will send an email with the required documents you need to submit.

I am planning to visit India and going to use drop box for my visa extension. Want to know if any one recently got H1B visa stamp through drop box
