I am not quite sure about the EAD. Can someone confirm if there is any impact to EAD application? Also, when is it safe to travel after filing the I485 application ? vinodgargg Posted October 16, 2020 Author Report Share Posted October 16, 2020 Yes, I have H1B Visa. Can I leave USA when I have H1B and re-enter with H4B? As I am planning to stay long time in India, and by that time my H1b will be expired, but I can go for H4B as my spouse is on H1B. but is it valid? would there be any issue on my EAD/AP or 485?
