H1b Stamping for myself and spouse on H4 before 31st decemeber 2020

Hello Everyone,

I am currently in United States and wanted to bring back my family from India. I have valid H1b visa till 08/2021. I also have employer letter and client letter as hard copy with me. As my visa expired on 05/2020 , we both are eligible for drop box stamping process, also I have  son with valid OCI card.

I wanted to go to India and get stamping done and come back. 

I wanted to know if I will face any issues while returning back to USA? or any other documents are mandatory to carry during POE interview?.

Please let me know your thought. My family is stuck in India since 01/2020.

I have valid H1b visa till 08/2021 --- you mean valid H1B approved petition or valid H1B visa stamped in passport?\

I wanted to know if I will face any issues while returning back to USA? -- nobody can predict future. Better to talk with attorney and plan

Can't your family back in India submit your documents for the dropbox option. Why do you have to personally go back to India if the interview is waivered.
