H1B Visa Renewal stamping needed during Covid and Proclamation period?

Hello all, I am currently in the US and I have a valid H1B visa stamp until July 2021 but I changed employers earlier this year and have i797 from the new employer. With these two documents am I able to re-enter US if travelled outside or will I be denied re-entry until 12/31 due to proclamation and need to get a new visa stamp with current employer? Appreciate your input, thank you!

Best advise is : Try not to travel. No one can predict what can happen at the POE.

I feel you can travel. Better talk with your attorney before taking any decisions.
