I was let go from there and found a different employer who filed for H1B transfer and got it approved. Now company A wanted to re-hire and I want to join them back(I am interested in the new field, I will be working on). It seems they have not yet withdrawn the initial H1B petition. Can I join them back if they initial H1B has not been withdrawn without the need of again transferring the change of employer/H1B transfer? In case they have withdrawn it, what are the risk involved in again transferring H1B to them? Edited October 7, 2020 by itsNits Quote
