G&G
Context: Timeline of my H1b: Employer A: 2009-2019, Filed H1b extension May 2019 which got approved on June 26 th, 2019 Employer B: H1b transfer approved June 05th, 2019: Joined Employer B on June 28th, 2019 ** Employer B H1b transferred approved before Employer A H1b extension I-94 Valid for Employer A: May 01st 2022 I-94 Valid for Employer B: Feb 03rd 2022 I have not traveled out of country since approval of both petition and don't have any visa stamp for Employer A & B Question- My question was since Employer A petition is still valid and was approved after H1b transfer (to Employer B), can I return back to Employer A without filing a H1b transfer?( He has not revoked my h1b till today.) has any one done this in past and had no issue renewing H1b ?
