Hello

Me and my husband (Indian passports) are on H1B status till June 2013, but with expired visas (May 2011) on our passport. We do have an I-797 Approval notice till June 2013. Our children are on H4 and in similar situation.

We are planning a cruise to Mexico in November. Can me and my family return from Mexico (2 days) under AVR (Automatic Visa Revalidation) scheme.
