I have an offer with Employer B . My current H1B expires September , 2021. Job responsibilities are 50% or more alike between the 2 employers Can you please help/advice with following queries: 1. Can my H1B be transferred to Employer B 2. In Sept 2021 , can H1B be renewed based on I140 with Employer A once i join Employer B in October, 2020 3. Does Employer B need to initiate the whole GC process including LCA/PERM, I140? 4. Can my PD with I140 approved with Employer A be retained when GC process is initiated/filed by Employer B? 5. Would my PD being current for I140 approved with employer A cause any issue for pursuing employment with Employer B? Thanks Quote
