amendment denied and visa transfer premium process

Hi Sir/Madam,

I’m in Texas relocated from Colorado and my Amendment got  filed in July 2019 and got denied on May 2020. I came to know it got denied on Aug 9th 2020. My visa is valid till May 2021.

 

I’m looking for VISA transfer with premium process and want to know if there be any problem in the  transfer process as my amendment got denied in May and is it legal to stay in US.

You have your original H1b valid until May 2021.  (It is the amendment which is denied), I think you should be able to transfer your H1b in premium process based on it.
