siri221 Posted September 2, 2020 Report Share Posted September 2, 2020 I have applied for a change of status from H4 to H1B and it got to get approved. As I have entered recently through H4 the i-94 got expired on 08/31/2020 and I got approval before my i-94 expired. Is there a way to update my i-94 expire date like can I drop any emails with an approved I-797 A so that I can update my I-94. Quote Link to comment
