amkrishna
Hi converted from F1 to H1 last year and had to make an emergency travel to india. With new exception below, will i be able to get an appointment for visa stamping. I work as consultant to a financial firm. I have been with same employer and same client since my h1 lottery pick and approval. Appreciate any help and info on this. gopalakrishnach
I feel that comment is for people in India stuck and want to come back to USA but not people in USA and want to go to India and come back. Just confirm with lawyer before making any decision. It looks you need visa stamping to come back to USA. Quote Link to comment
