quiting and rejoining old employer

Hi,

 

Iam on i140 and with employer A. If  got an offer with employer B. My i140 was approved in 2016

If I quit A and join B, can A cancel my i140.?

Also after an year ,If I rejoin A,can the same i140 be used?

If the I-140 has been approved for 6 months a cancellation is irrelevant. If the I-140 is cancelled the old employer can not use it again, he would have to start the process from scratch.

Yes. A can revoke the approval though most companies will not bother. Based on your previous approval, you retain that PD for subsequent GC filings by other employers.

Does A have no choice in the matter? If revoked, A will have to file the I-140 once again from scratch.
