H1B revoked, I-94 valid - Options after 60-day grace period

Hello,

My H1B got revoked by my employer (laid off). My I-94 is valid until Oct 2021. I have I-140 approved.

If I couldn't get new job within 60-day grace period, if I want to stay in the USA (to avoid travel during Corona), can I stay until my I-94 validity period?

If not possible, do I have any other options of living in the USA (until my I-94 validity) to avoid travel during this pandemic? Please advise.

You can file COS to B2. that's only option. Forget about your current I94 is you will not get new employer by 60 days grace period.
